What's the expected lifespan of the motor/fan? What size 4s battery/ESC would you need to support this?

Unknown. It was never intended to run 4S in that fan due to the high watts. If he is getting full watts on 4S then with the thrust tube it should be about 120mph! I would make sure the rotor does not spin on the adapter which means it will probably have to be glued on and balanced very well.

Well in theory if 380 watts on 3S, then going to 4S would be about 700-750 watts at 50-55 amps. Typically I don't recommend any of the regular wicked motors to be run over 600 watts. The 6000KV has thicker windings so might be OK if not run WOT all the time. This is uncharted territory

So say I wanted to possibly try something like this out...what esc's what be good at that high of rpm? The hobbywings are only rated to 70,000 rpm while this setup would be 90,000+ rpm.

Anyone know? I can't find specs for max rpm on most esc's

Castle ESCs will work. In reality you will get about 80% of your KV so 14.8*6000*.8 = 71,040 which is still just over the HW ESC limit..
