Gents,
I got an answer yesterday from the tech moderator Mike Koesnikov about having the ability to add quads to the poll. Here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1095720 So it looks like it is in the not allowed category. An idea I'm mulling is adding or linking to the poll and displaying results here. In the meantime I will continue to add manually by posting count any new additions. Cheers, Jim |

Still no TT-Copter ...
If it is missing many projects the poll is not really making sense for people that just come by and take a quick look. It would even be better to remove it completely and only have one collecting post containing all copters I think ... |

It is in the manual adds below the poll. I am updating by the posting count. Not too many TT-Copter fliers have posted...total now 3...and one of those bought it from the other gent... Unfortunately as you can see by the tech mod that posted that cannot be done...so he says anyway... And now it appears that you can't stop the poll without stopping the thread, so it would have to completely start all over again. I might have to do that so if there are any other projects out there that Tobias mentioned that are not in the list, please post them here so I can add them. Cheers, Jim Quote:
The real problem besides not being able to add models to the poll is that if later you get another model, it will not let you post that if you have already posted, even though it initially is multiple choice. It is a limiting factor to the way they designed the poll...Quote:

That's one of the problems with "half a poll" ... most people probably don't want to write an extra message to someone to be added to some list ... but clicking on a button is easy. With the missing projects I only meant the poll itself. |

True. But if only they would at least post a "howdy message", it would stay near the top of the multi-rotor thread list so folks could find it even easier If there is still no way to add models to the poll by the New Year, I will re-launch the thread and the poll with the quads/tri's I've been adding manually.
