Thanks Nyathi, that's a very inspiring story! I looove the AS3Xtra and how it can fly in such a small space. It really is an amazing design and I hope it' s one plane HH always has on the shelf. (I'm doing my bit to support HH; I have bought two of them so far!)

Sorry Ron for the bad advice! I remember having trouble switching mine when I first got it, but I thought that in the end it was the same as for a mode 2 transmitter. Either way, I am glad john4565's method worked.

one or two aileron servos?

Were you using one or two aileron servos? Switching to the single aileron servo model yields a very capable flyer.
