Setting Control Throws

Just built a Twisted Hobby's MXS-C and it says to set the throws to 50 degrees...I know how to setup dual rates and expo but not sure on this?

How would I setup dual rates on this with maybe 30 degrees and 50 degrees? Also...recommended expo for a plane like this?

Probably best to ask about specifics in the thread for that plane:

To set the throw you can print out a protractor image to gauge the angle of the surface with, and get the throws right by adjusting the endpoints in your transmitter.

I use a smartphone with the clinometer app. Very accurate in setting the deflection angles.

60-70 percent expo in my opinion. and honestly, if you are flying 3d or learning it, you probably wont ever use low rates except maybe on the maiden. but thats just my opinion.

Just got done flying it...interesting plane...so much different than my others. I see why people say they are really meant to fly in no wind. I had about a 4-5 mph wind and the plane was like a kite.

I will have to give it more time to see how I like it.
