I live in Bartlesville, 40 miles North of Tulsa, and would also be interested in an ALES event in the area. Maybe something informal if nothing else.

Dave Register, one of the best ALES flyers in the country lives in Bartlesville. I live in Tulsa (I am not one of the best ALES flyers in the country). Nonetheless, I have been trying to help the ALES thing along with a competition kit which consists of altitude switches and landing tapes available to groups that are interested in giving it a try. (I recently upgraded the kit to also allow F5J comps).

D.O. Darnell and I fly all the time down here on 160 acres of sod. And I am working to put together a competition with the guys up in Wichita -- probably later this summer.

In the mean time, I would be pleased to put together an ad hoc competition down here or up in Bartlesville anytime you want.

Happy Landings,

Don
