Hey all..

Would the TT Desmo nitro be a good beginner bike.. ?? I have been driving nitro on and off-road cars for about 6 years, so I don't mind the nitro setup..

I have looked at other models too, but like the price better with the TT...

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy it somewhere without the radio gear.. ? I would like to use my Sanwa M8 with it..

If it's okay for a bike beginner with alot of nitro experience, then were to buy ? I'm looking for the best price of course..

Best Regards from Denmark

I would say go straight to bruce at 2wheelhobbies but I know you have some crippling import taxes to pay in Denmark.
A post on your local Denmark forum http://www.rc-motorbike.com/ should help you better. Jens Hoffman and Kim Nielsen have been into RC Bikes for quite a while, they should be able to help you regarding the best way to get a bike( and the cheapest! ).

Sorry Bruce, don't mean to take away sales but Denmark is not the cheapest place to import things into. ( A 1:1 motorbike cost DOUBLE what it would cost in any other EU country! )

No worries. I wish more counties had free trade like we do. I don't pay any taxes when I import into the US.

The 1:5 bikes usually use gear designed for a 1:10 car. The 1:8 bikes use gear sized for about a 1:18-scale car.

I had a 7700kv in mine. But I just replaced it with a 5700kv which has more than enough power.

For racing, a 3800 - 5700kV motor is usually appropriate, depending on the size of the track.
