Also, face the wire forward, which is opposite to that shown in the photos on that thread.
Cool thanks I will take a look

Hey so if I do the landing gear mod using glue I am guessing there is no getting it out to use CF landing gear down the road? Not that I really care just curious

Also is gorilla glue considered polyurethane glue?

I also use wire landing gear on my Skywing/Wattaplane planes. Gorilla glue is what I use when I install the gear. When it is installed there is no turn back. Wire gear is not as nice looking as the CF but they will out last the plane. Unless you have a perfect landing every time and a paved runway I would use the CF gear for another project. If the gear goes out of shape just bend them back. You will spend less time fixing and more time flying.

Hi jet,

With the hor. stabilizer you can use either welders or similiar or ca. Its when dealing with the hinge area on the wings and such that you should be careful. Epp to epp is fine with ca. I personally use ca on the hori. stabilizer.

Alright cause the video I watched they use CA for everything...so I am assuming if I am careful medium or thin CA will work on pretty much everything . I do have EPP glue if it has to be specific to EPP

I like using med. thick ca. Be careful if using thin ca on epp. Real easy to make a mess and pull off the paint/ink on the airframe. Med. is more controllable.

If your going to use CA on the hinges make sure it's foam safe CA so it doesn't eat the EPO wing core.
