I remember researching this at the time.

Only the Supra Spread Tow (the lightest one) has the thinner spars and the thinner joiners. All other versions use the normal wing joiners.

It is for this reason I got the 'Hard Spread', which is the same spread tow, but with the normal, wider, spar and joiners.

This means my Hard Spread wing is compatible with my older Carbon Light wings. I have verified this and can vouch that they are fully compatible.

Perfect, thank you!
I am thinking of using the stock joiners in a bagged wing Supra, and had never heard of more than one width.

My Maxa 4E hit a lamp pole directly. But it was still controllable and I continued to climb up to a same altitude, then landed safety.
The right tip is damaged and found there is no spar on tip. Spread carbon and Rohacell is very very thin.

Maxa repair

I have repaired a lot of wings and yours is pretty serious but it can be repaired. The best way is to remove all the damaged skin top and bottom and epoxy in a blue foam section that you can shape back to the wing profile and cover it with glass. The repairs will add weight and you will probably have a hard time finding paint to match this color.
My 2 cents says order another tip.

Yes , Mart. Your method is a classical way to repair molded wings. I do not think I am skillful to finish all steps well in that way. I am a stupid completist, so I struggled inside my mind and then decided to fix with singing an old song loudly: My Way! It is a nice song.

I used a ruler to keep verything straight back to its own position. Using a carbon strip inside to strengthen the broken instruction. There is no spar in the tip. Rohacell and spread carbon are extremely thin. Then I only use CA to glue the original broken instructions. Then Spain with neon orange.

I make a test fly in a very calm condition, it flies perfectly! I just feel happy. The new tip will cost me about 350 ero and one month to wait.

If you keep every thing back, only using CA can make the thin Rohacell very hard. It is an easy way to repair. Of cause, it is not perfect.

That will work just fine and look perfect when the plane is circling high over head.
