I would go under myself..

The distance between the two center plates is only 0.75" so.. a bit hard to fit any normal 70mm round board.
The thickness measurement on the quattro is 11.5 mm. I am using it on a Q450 frame and the Bumble Bee ST 550 between the plates to protect it.

Wow, fitting a Naza in there without the spacers will be perfect, They measure in at .73" I picked up another Naza/GPS yesterday for this, couldn't pass up the sweet deal.

Depending on shielding from the GroPro (still researching this) I was thinking GPS up front and FPV out the back. I haven't even thought about ESC's yet, was planning on just getting the 30A DJI ones for ease due to running the Naza. Wonder if they will stack on both sides of the Naza, at 1.0" wide they are to big to stand on their sides.

How much room is left on either side of the Naza before you run out of frame? Only need a total of 2.0" (1.0" per side) and they can be stacked together 2 per side. That could also make for some clean wiring if they were 180º of each other so the motor connections plugged right in coming out of the booms. Of course then I'd have to deal with power distro.

Definitely no hole in the top, it looks to good all sleek and clean to have anything protruding from the top. I'd take a lower plate though, with no extra holes in the frame. It would be a good place for a power distro board or the Quattro if the spacers were tall enough.

I can still work with what you have..lol

eric, nice install on the naza gear but you might want to move that vu so it can be seen in the air. on your dji spider conversion frame mines tucked right between one back arm & the plates facing the back of the quad. it.s real handy to be able tell what mode your in plus see the low voltage warnings in flight. i,d be interested to hear what gains you settle on as well....thanks..rob m

If you mean the DJI 30A ESC's, they are:

2.50" long
1.05" wide
.30" height/ thick

Wasn't sure who you were asking... lol

Salut Martin,

Now that will make for a very clean installation.

After seeing your boom blocks in red, I just had to order a set. It's always nice to have so many options.

Keep up the good work Eric!
