HV Servo & LiFe Question
I'm looking at the HS5000 series of standard size high voltage servos for use with an unregulated LiFe pack. According to the Servo City website, some have a voltage range of 4.8V-7.4V and some have a range of 6.0V-7.4V. When run with a 2 cell pack, the nominal voltage will be 6.6V but in cooler temperatures and accounting for wiring drops, the voltage at the servo could drop slightly below 6.0V. Should only the 4.8V-7.4V rated servos be used in this application or can I get away with the 6.0V-7.4V rated ones?
