Question
DH 9104 Motor?

Anybody have a good upgrade for the Dh 9104 main motor and tail motor? Also looking for anybody that has changed to lipos and what size did you go with any noticeable difference? Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, but you are out of luck. The problem is that heli is very heavy and has poor movement authority, so the motors have to work very hard. You are limited to the size of brushed motor you have, because that's all that is made. Your main motor is a 370 size and they are all the same quality. The next size is 540 and weighs as much as your entire heli. The same situation exists for the tail motor.

As for batteries, you certainly don't want anything that weighs more or flies longer, that would just make your motor problems worse.

The odds are good you only recently purchased that heli and you won't want to fly it for very long. So, I wouldn't spend a lot on it.

4 channels would certainly be an improvement, but not nearly what you would expect for the cost. The problem is the F45 has some transmitter mixing that really cripples it. Your best option is to buy a WL Toys V912 or V913.
