GT A-6-10 200W charger - open source firmware
I'm currently working on an alternative open source firmware
for the G.T. Power A-6-10 200W charger:
Maybe someone of you is interested:
It's an early version, not everything is implemented yet,
so if your charger works perfectly fine, don't use it.
But if you have calibration problems, like I did, you can try it.
Let me know what you think about it.

going to give a try.
my GT A-6-10 fails to balance LiPo batteries (shows wired voltage per cell,
and the balance process never ends). I afraid that I have some sort of
hardware problem there.
However, I hope that with the open firmware I will be able to workaround the problem...
Pawel, could you please post some sort of instruction how to program the charger?

I've added some pictures where to connect the AVR ISP programmer.
Just connect a 10pin ISP cable to the board and set the "Device" to: atmega32,
and then flash the cheali-charger/hex/cheali-charger-0.10.hex file to your charger.
You probably are using Windows, I'm not familiar with this system,
so I'm not sure what software You should use,
If You are using linux with USBasp programmer connected as /dev/ttyUSB0 then just run:
avrdude -patmega32 -cusbasp -P/dev/ttyUSB0 -Uflash:w:cheali-charger-0.10.hex:a
I'm not sure how you should set the "Fuse",
but I'm pretty sure that you don't need to change them.
