Most Li-Ion cells can be charged using the regular LiPo presets, terminating at 4.2v per cell. Double check the manufactures spec for charge termination voltage to be sure.
The larger issue tends to the balance tap requirements. Some Li-Ion packs do not come with balance taps. The Powerlab can charge up to 2s unbalanced, with a max current of 2 amps. A balance tap can be added to for larger cell counts or higher desired current.
