New 2009 Super Scale 4 CH Messerschmitt ME-109 Questions

Hi All,

Its been a while since I've posted here... still flying my GWS Beaver. :-)

I have been looking at Banana Hobby's New 2009 Super Scale 4 CH Messerschmitt ME-109. Has anyone purchased this plane, or have any experience with it?

Specifically, I am wondering what the strength of the main wing is. Is there a carbon spar in it?

Thanks for your time.

Regards,
Jon

Jon,

The ME-109 is made of EPO Foam. The main wing spar is made of wood. The overall weight is extremely light and carbon spar is not needed for strength. The flying character is just about the same as the TW AT-6. We carry replacement parts. Overall, it is a nice care free flying model for under $100.00.

Thanks for the reply Pete.

The web site indicates I can optionally buy a 6 Channel BlitzRCWorks Flight Simulator Kit for an additional $35. What exactly is the flight simulator kit, and what is included with it?

Again, thanks for your time.

Jon,

The $35 flight simulator is a USB linked transmitter with a CD Rom for your computer. It comes with several aircrafts to fly. It is a great learning tool.

It doesn't have any reinforcement inside. The problem is at geared box and electrical control.
