Oh... you never seen my PZ Typhoon 2 that I named FrankenPhoon... That was a creation.

Well Bottom Wing is mounted...Clamped up for glue to dry tonight. Supposed to be COLD (For Ga.) here this weekend so it might be a good weekend to turn on the heater in the garage and build!

Got the top wing on this morning Glue is dry. Now the center cabane struts are drying in the fuse top In the morning will glue these to the top wing too. Had to help a friend hang some cattle gates today but tomorrow.... Maybe get the control surfaces mounted and start hanging some electronics!

Thank you for sharing! I LOVE that plane! Had a bit of a head ache today. Tried to work on the bipe but couldn't focus and wasn't enjoying it so....went to the hobby shop and purchased the last few bits to finish it Tomorrow is a holiday and rain on the way so.... Looks like a good day for building. With my luck I will get it finished just in time to go back to work!

Ok SO time to ask...Where is the CG on the bipe? I am assuming at the LE of the bottom wing?

That would be really close. This will get you through the maiden flight.

If it is a little tail heavy move it back a little.

If I remember correctly I put mine center between the two wing tips (top and bottom tips) and I didn't have to adjust it any.

It's looking GREAT! More pictures.
Video it in flight for us also.

All that's left is to link the ailerons. With a 2 cell pack it is balancing near the center of the top wing. This seems a little too far back (Tail heavy) I feared this with the paper and paint. My 3 sell packs should be here tomorrow. I hope this balance it a little better. Can you all suggest throws for elevator and ailerons?

If I am flying its at least 45 degrees on all surfaces.... I have some scary tendencies...

You may opt for 10 degrees low rate and 25 on high if you are a fan of dual rates.
