this fuselage is basically you're on your on build. and thanks to BlackTitanum for helping me for the idea. really, the manual is useless. aniway as i said i did try my best and forgive me if i did wrond on my work. next step is paint the fuselage then finish the mechanic. i have no idea when can i get a chance to test the mechanics because the weather here in illinois is terible. i'm open on all ideas.

Congrats on getting the Apache.....I purchased one as well for my first scale project after seeing the threads here. Still haven't really started the build yet except for the frame and tail mechanics but will get stuck into it soon, I hope lol.
I received the unpainted version but still haven't decided what scheme to go with, so more decisions lol.

My mechanics are:
HK 450 GT
Turnigy 450 H2218 Brushless outrunner 2500KV
Turnigy TRUST 55A SBEC ESC
Turnigy 3000mAh 4S 40C Lipo
Best hobbies 4 blade rigid rotor head and 360mm HK blades(only temp)
CNC heli's 4 blade tail rotor
And CX-3X1000 FBL unit.

Really looking forward to see how your build goes and best of luck mate

thanks, yeah i am trying to finish the mechanics and wait till the permits me.

almost done to the mechanics.My issue is my heli is turning CCW on spool up is the tail rotor supposed to turning CCW or CW?

Tail preferably CW on this model, some people say it really doesn't matter too much on raised tails...

When move your rotor to the left side... u need to double confirm all the linkages (tail) and the direction the tail needed to push/pull.

For tail controlling using flexible cable, it is best to make the controlling in such a way that, to turn the tail (control) to the left (or head turn to right), your tail servo suppose to be pulling the flexible cable. (This is because your main rotor is spinning at CW...based on the picture u post and the position u put the main blades, I assume it is spinning CW).

By sticking to the position of tail servo pulling it to have control of the tail, u adjust the tail linkages (or maybe flipping the tail blade holder) till u get the correct control.

As for tail should spin CW or CCW.... it does not matter. It is all up to you. For belt driven heli, it is easier to change the tail rotor spinning in either CW or CCW.. but make sure your tail linkages are all correct and it has enough pitch for both side controlling.

In a real Apache helicopter, main rotor spin at CCW rotation and tail on the left side, spinning upward. But it is up to you on how scale u want it to be.
