Super CP tracks badly, but only in certain headspeed

I have a walkera Super Cp that generally is flying great, and tracks perfect at most of the throttlerange. Except for at about 30-40% throttle when the blades all of a sudden goes way out of line and the whole heli vibrates badly.(Seems like the blades are about 5mm apart if i look from the side) If I increase a little more it stops as fast as it came and i can fly again. Usually it happen before liftoff, but it seems to be worsening and over a broader and broader rpm range.

Does anyone have a good idea what the problem might be? Everything seems to be tight and good from what I can see/feel.

Thank you for any advise!

(I blame bad spelling on my phone and non-english motherlanguage)

I would check that the feathering shaft is not bent first.

Check this thread. If you still have the problem, a video would be nice.

Spot on, it was the collar that has moved up a bit on the main shaft. Flies like a charm again, thank you

I've owned Syma, Great Wall, WL Toys, Nine Eagles, etc. Walkera is the only manufacturer that does not secure the main gear to the main shaft. How silly is that?

I put JB Weld epoxy inside the hub of the main gear, and a tiny bit on the main shaft, to secure the main gear to the main shaft. To the best of my knowledge, JB Weld is not permanent. I've never had to remove my main gear yet. You'll want a main gear & a main shaft in your parts inventory, just in case.
