<9g servos what do you use?
Im looking for some decent 3-4-5 ish gram servos. i've used hs55s and HTX900 and 500s but i need somthing smaller. any recomendations.

Mostly HTX900 lately. But I've used a few E-Sky 8 gr too.
Edit: I do have four 5 gram servos, but i have used them yet. |

I have a bunch of these and they work fine for me. Might get a few extra just in case, but at the price that isn't really a problem. They are definitely smaller than the HXT500s which are my standard for larger builds.

I just bought ten HTX900 servos from HK and this is the first time trying them out, the reviews say they are great. How often do you get one that's D.O.A.?

haven't got one doa yet out of probably twenty plus. I have had a couple go bad after use and abuse. one was gear teeth broke (wonder how that happened??), and the other may have been the position sensor going bad. Otherwise they are strong, and reliable. I've moved them from plane to plane several times.

Thanks, that makes feel better. 10 at a time is the only way for me to justify the shipping cost.
