all foam C130

Hi guys though id post a pic of my new c130 all wire cut foam covered in water based polyurethane and brown paper specs are 65 inch wingspan 4emax brushless motors 4 turnigy plush 30 amp esc just finishing of the beast maybe week of work to go. Cheers Tod.

Going to use 2 2200 3 cell lipo battery's 1 for inboard motors and 1 for the two outboard motors she should be around 2350 to 2400 grams with paint on all up weight does this sound ok

That looks sweet! Nice big bird.. Big enuf' to have presance and small enuf' to transport!

How will you do the motor signals? 4-into-2-into-1 with Y-leads?

I've got 3 wye leads all four into one but two motors to 1 battery and other 2 motors into 2nd battery make sence o and a ubec all positive esc wires disconnected

Going to paint her up as a RAAF C130 E model ive got 7x4 4 bkade propellers as well here is a pic of the full size

Those nacelles looks realy good! Are they also hot-wired and sanded? They look factory made! VERRY NICE! Those 4-bladers are also a nice touch!

What is your sequence of applying water based polyurethane and brown paper to the foam?
Do you wet the brown paper with the PU first?

You need unwaxed brown paper and small paint roller wet paper both sides so it goes soaked and put a bit on model then lay it on model and smooth out

Ok guy's she is ready for paint tomorrow all up weight should be 1350 grams or 5.1 pounds
