Kadet LT-40 conversion rc receiver
I am converting a SIG KADET LT-40 from gas to electric. I have a Spektrum DX 7 DSM transmitter that I used with an AR 7000 DSM receiver on my SIG Seniorita. I am looking for another AR 7000 for the LT-40 or a replacement if the AR 7000 is discontinued. Any advice? Thanks Ira

Ira I have a brand new in the box AR7000 that I would be willing to sell. Let me know if you are interested.

For other readers of this thread, the Spektrum DX7 (And just about every other Spektrum transmitter except the 10 year old Spektrum DX6 back yard flyer only) is compatible with every other Spektrum receiver. Again, except the old Spektrum back yard flyer receiver.
That includes the Spektrum DSM2 and DSMX units. They also can be interchanged by mixing a DSM2 transmitter/DSMX receiver, or, a DSMX transmitter and DSM2 receiver.
Working with my 2.4 Ghz Spectrum Analyzer, I've actually watched my Spektrum DX8 transmitter switch from DSMX to DSM2 when it connected to a DSM2 receiver.
vollrathd's thread on his 2.4 Ghz Spectrum Analyzer.
