[RCSE] d-subs

A while ago, I stumbled across a web page that talked about dismantling
a d-sub connector and then glueing some wood to the plastic innerpart to
aid in attaching it to a fuse and wing for plug in wings.

Of course now I want to look at the picture and can't remember where it
is! Anyone else see this picture? And know where it is? Or perhaps you
have done this yourself and can share a pic with me?
