By hole are you thinking of a hatch cover or expanding the access hole already in the nose cone? If you are going to make a hatch I would think it would be fairly simple. There are many threads here on RC groups detailing just how to do that. The examples I have seen are not specifically demonstrated on a Pulsar but the process would be the same.

If you´re thinking abour fit a fat outrunner in the nose, maybe you shoould look for an good used Hacker B20 12L or 15L 4.4 x 1 GB, they are skinny powerplants.
In adition in streamlined fuses like that the outrunner wires can rub the motor can and you´ll have them cut or maybe short circuit then burn your toy...
