Need your assistance troubleshooting a banner ad
Gents, I just created a new ad for one of RCG's sponsors, but Im getting a prompt to download flash player when I view it, even though my FP is up to date. This is the 1st time this has happened and I need to troubleshoot it more.
Can you guys click this link and let me now if it prompts you to download? If it does, just click no. http://www.rcgroups.com/pages/splist/link.php?s=2804 Thanks, Matt |

To be fair, I've had the prompting on IE from a few sites' banners lately. ...and I always refuse them. I update it when my updater says I need it ![]() Odd thing is, even though you cancel, it still displays the banner after canceling. |

yep. so its not just my computer!
Theres a line in RCG's embedding code thats prompting for flash player 12, which has not been released yet. SO no matter what you have, it sees its not 12 and prompts to download the latest version, 11.5. Thanks, Im going to reach out to the dev team. closing thread. Matt |
