No, this will have a pair of K100's in it.

Not planning on doing the refueling probe. I've seen it done and I did consider it but space in the nose will be at a premium so I want to keep it as open as possible.

It is the stock yellow gear which is pretty nice, but I will be adding some cosmetic details to make it look more scale and more 'beefy'. Here are a few pics with that started just to make sure there isn't clearance issues. Good thing too as I did run into some already.
I could see a scaled-out bypass over the motor, so when you look inside...it looks like the real engine. I've never seen someone do that yet...but i don't read RC Jet international or anything...its probably been done.

After seeing what --corsair nut, strictlyscale, acesimmer, not forgetting the builds of John Morgan and others--have done with there respective "SUBJECTS".., I am so glad that when I get to my Y/A F-18 single, there is no pressure to go beyond a sport scale build!..

You can't help but to be impressed with the quality and workmanship they share with us mere mortals.

It would be cool, even just for static purposes. The closest I've seen is some of the WJM jets. Not just the engine is detailed, but various panels are removed to reveal detail, even the entire nose of some are removed to reveal an extraordinary level of detail.

That's so great man!!
super happy for you, you have a heck of a flyer on your hands.
Now hold on to this one...with one of your killer paint jobs you could get best EDF at any show you go to.

formation with yours and mine would be sick!! lots of electrons burning on big cheap lipos....lol

My personal R/C time has been hit hard by my new job. But it's a dream job - once in a lifetime so I knew that going in.

I would like to get it back in the air next week... I was going to go today but I worked a 50 hour work week. My work put me up in a hotel close to our site. So I'm just beat up and relaxing this weekend. I plan to do less hours next week and more of my own planes.

great job again you have to be proud to see such a huge plane go straight up vertical on E power.... it just gets better and better

new batteries are in the works that will make the hobby even better

finally got my tires glued back on....just been so busy.

I sanded the paint off the inside of the rims, cleaned with denatured alcohol, then glued the tires on with black silicon.

Tomorrow I have to track down a leak on the gear doors, pretty sure I know where.... it a cyclinder that leaks in the up position.
I will have to remove it order and get a new one in place... hope to have it back in the air next weekend
