Bad service boycott?

If we have such bad service from HK why not go on a boycott and make it obvius we are unhappy with thier service I would bet they might try and do something about it.

no problems at my end with them...if item was defective or missing I have received credit and it is up to me to reorder the part/parts..
If you expect them to resend the bad/missing part you are going to be disappointed from what I see the the threads..

send them pictures of the received packaging and defective item and they give you credit on your account...simple as that...
their support follows the KISS principle..

Now why would i want to boycott HK ?? so i can spend loads of money somewhere else and get a quarter of what i would of done with HK,i don't think so mate.

There CS has got loads better over the last six months or so,the only times i've ever had a problem HK got it sorted out to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes,you will always get some people unhappy for what ever reason and no matter what said company does to help them they will always moan,the same people will never tell you about all the good orders they have had because there to busy enjoying there goods.

So i for one will not boycott HK but if you want to go a head as that just means more RC gear for people like me who will carry on shopping with them.

I have only ever had 2 problems in well over 130 orders. Each problem was taken care of when I followed the steps listed by the customer service representative. I/many have found if you follow the exact steps, you don't have an issue.

I will be supporting them for many years to come.
