There is a guy who posts herenamed Hippo. He heads up FoamFly. Have a look at some his foam bending jig postings

It's pretty tricky to get a long piece of foam bent.
You have to heat it ups slowly and work your way down.
Take your time and try not to melt it.
I did mine in 2 pieces then glued them together.

Sometimes I use my propane bullet heater in my shop to help heat up the foam.

I was inspired of your airsurfers, so I took your plans, made some changes and a new Indoor-Slow-Flying-Wing was born. I used 3mm Depron, 2 X-Twin motors, Deltang Rx43d receiver and Spectrum DX7.

That's a great video Brother Robert

I've had my old girl laying out for the past month.
This plane has been around and has seen better days.
She has been smashed, bashed, and crashed.
It's been sat on, shot at, and deformed.
But I hate to give up on her.
Besides I don't have enough depron to rebuild her.

Redid the pull pull with a small carbon rod.
Just needs some TLC and she would be flying again

I also found this 24"ish wing somewhere. Planning on putting a 1S brick

I found this music somewhere in the internet some month ago. It was also used as background music, so I unfortunally don't know the title of this music
