Same thing here, no matter how tightly I have that screw set. I would hate to glue it -- maybe drilling a hole and putting a pin or screw through to lock it in place?

Why are all you guys running with the crash bars? sure you dont need them on this bike, mine will be coming off straight away,

Have you driven this bike yet? You definitely do need the crash bars unless you plan on just driving around and not leaning it over very far! It depends a lot on how much traction the surface you're driving on has.
