Range Rattlers TONITE!!!!!!!

Some of my old colleagues are in town, and invited me to dinner. There's a steakhouse that I love to go to but I seldom eat a steak, there. They hollow out a large Jalapeno, and stuff it full of cheeses, spices, and stick in a large shrimp. Then the whole thing gets battered and deep fried. Looks somewhat like a baby rattle, hence the name... I usually eat a half-dozen or so for my meal when I go. Sometimes, the peppers are mild, and somtimes they're like brimstones... My wife will know I've sinned when I walk in the door... The couch is not too uncomfortable...

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Because of you I'm thinking about starting a support group for battered shrimp.

Sounds more like a baby rattler than a baby rattle.
Be sure to have a little ice cream for dessert.
Then tomorrow the battle cry can be "c'mon ice cream."

You need to finish off with a helping of ice cream and then you know when it has cooled down.

Bill,

These are at any Saltgrass Steakhouse. I haven't seen one in Weatherford. I went to the one on I-35 W, just north of I-820 N... And... they were GOOD!!!! And.......... I wasn't!
