I've been scrollin' on my scroll saw for the last couple of days cutting letters out for a sign. Using custom sanding blocks, files, fingernail files or whatever else I could get in the narrow spaces to smooth things out. Then I had a brainstorm. Scroll files/sandpaper. How neat would that be?
Somebody else already makes them. ScrollSander
Need to get me some of these.

I have them. They work well on wood, not so well on brass.

Order yourself some Olson 5" plain end blades #45702, universal #7RG. These blades are 10/7 skip tooth with reverse teeth on the bottom part of the blade. Been using them for years to make small puzzles for kids and also for framing for my models. Work great. I have never needed to do any sanding after cutting with these blades.
