Does anyone use reflective tape or anything to help full scale pilot see our little planes?

Is it against the law to paint my Plane like a boarder patrol aircraft and report illegal alien crossing attempts?

I could see that. Your flying the plane near the boarder painted the proper colours. Then the illegals see it and start running back. That would make a good video.
