I don't think you could ever balance the hub being 0.050" off center

Easiest method is to plug the existing hole with a piece of hardwood dowl, then drill after curing. Epoxy is my glue of choice when performing this procedure.

No problems here, done in 111992, daughter born in 5/1992. No "scar" for me. Basically a super sharp surgical ice pick. No stiches, just bandaid. Whole deal about 5 minutes. Actually the movie about what you are doing(not how the doc does it) you see with your wife was about 10 minutes...talks about no reversals and all. I walked back into the waiting room so quick wife thought I chickened out. Nope, done, lets go. Went and had lunch, washed the cars, ready for action the next morning.

My biggest fear?? I would have Swedish nurse Helga in the room! Nope, just me and the doc. I had cleared all the what to expect afterwards with my buddies...basically...zero change.

All of my buddies went here, so I did to. He is the one that did Dan Patrick live while on his talk radio show.

It's really a better option than what a woman would have to go through...major surgery and all.

As with Gary, PM any questions you may have.

That depends on whether or not we're still talking about a vasectomy. If that's that case, I'd say big no no.

The 4 smaller holes are off center. I can re-drill them without too much trouble.

Plug the ones you drilled, and re-drill them...

If you did not touch the center hole then redrilling is no problem

Just to be safe balance the prop after you are finished. It takes very little imbalance to really shake the plane. and do damage to frame, motor and electronics.
