I have a question for those who have boughten the Xflight Combo .
Is the rotor a whole piece or are the blades seperate .

For what it's worth, when balancing I found that using baking soda with thick CA and little instant cure works great.
Adds weight more and sticks great, I've use this to fix broken plastic and it works.

Ok I have to share this with you guys. I ordered my F-18 as soon as I left the hangar today and I just got an email that its already at the UPS store. Holy freak in crap do we actually have a RC website that prides itself on customer service??!! Kudos to motionRC hope this lasts.

The two I bought a few months back were the individual blades (pre-assembled, of course). Not sure if they have gone to the one-piece 12 blade in the interim.

I ordered mine around 6 p.m. Eastern time Friday and it was in Ohio Saturday and UPS left it there until 4 A.M. today and then it was delivered at around 2 p.m. today.

I would like to know if using a 4 cell and a 2 cell in seriesl is hard on the packs ?
I read somewhere along time ago , that it caused more cell inbalance, but I had no intention back then on using them in series.
But if not , it would allow me to use the 4 cell pack in my Stryker.

I can't sleep I'm too excited about my jet and I got called for a flight tomorrow. Flying a beech baron in the morning! I was supposed to work on a citation 550 but flights take priority! When I land I'm coming straight home with a fresh bottle of epoxy and getting started!

I love it when full scale pilots are excited about their RC model planes...So cool!

Got the delivery confirmation email when I was on final for runway 16 coming back to Fort Worth. Got my fresh epoxy and its time to get crackin!! Can you guys tell I'm excited?!?!

I never looked at mine. It arrived preassembled last week (ordered late Dec 2012) and ready to drop in. Maybe those who bought it earlier had to assemble it.

And I already have a problem. For one thing I apparently changed my programmed F-18 over time of not having one and my L/H TV servo is doing some crazy sh*t. Going to start a new profile with mixes and see if that helps. When the plane is on the L/H servo goes crazy randomly. It will sit there and be fine but once I move the stick up or down once it goes back to neutral it starts moving on its own up and down for whatever reason. It will be still for a minute then all the sudden it will go nuts again lol. Its no big deal since I have plenty of hitech servos laying around just annoying. Everything else seems to work fine.
