Hi Ron, glad to hear you are doing better, looking forward to seeing your F-18 flying regularly with you at the sticks.

Sorry you've been having some health issues Ron, I had my share in 2011 so I know how you're feeling, just take it slow and steady till you feel it. The 18 looks great man, it took me a minute to put 2 and 2 together and realize it was the same one I'd been watching for some time, nice job!

Thanks so much guys, really means alot

I went out and did two flights with a foamie at the school on the weekend....first flying I've done in 6 weeks since my health went south

I felt ok... still a little off, but getting better everyday

lots of walking, water, rest, eating well, meds and I'm slowly getting there
back to working full days now, sometimes an hour short if I feel crappy

The heat really seems to kick my axx right now, it's been cooler so that is helping

I hope it won't take long to get back to full speed, but I have to go slow and steady for now...... this happened right after I did a 35 mile bike ride so I don't know if I through off my brain chemistry or what. I have to say this is one of the scarest and hardest things I've been through. What a roller coaster...you wouldn't believe the torture I've been through in this short time

I'm blessed to have a wonderful wife, family and friends that have been checking in on me daily....... say it again without your health you have nothing
Thanking god for every day
I will get my health back
