My wife thinks that is the coolest picture ever. Don't know if that means she is going to let me buy a 100cc or if she wants another kid....I know what I want

Those are really very nice pictures. Coco is a beautiful growing girl, she even knows how to fit her self under the canopy. Smart Girl.... Like Daddy.

For BearBow...
I was having difficulty getting reliable GPS until yesterday( went vertical on the telemetry antenna). You might find some of the exchanges in this thread interesting
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10...45/key_/tm.htm

cancelled my flight plan for today... Too cold and too windy to be enjoyable... Will shoot for tomorrow and I'll bring the Churizo fo Sal to BBQ.

I don't have telemetry in the plane (Yet its coming) but I would guess that it went from 40 to 50 even climbing, Then, on then downward side, I DID NOT BACK OFF THROTTLE. As it came over the top and started the downward side, I'll bet it accelerated to well over 70. That's going to cause the diameter of the loop to really elongate. Apart from it being overcast and hard to see a white plane against a white sky, I thought it flew really well. It was blustery, and you can see from Gary's video, I didn't keep it in the air very long.

Come on Spring and warm up....

I'll give it another shot today.

Ok, I'm really lost on all the mumbo jumbo talk about wings, engines and all the other talk. I really can't make my assessment on the one loop and I didn't see your fingers on the Tx. I also don't know what the response was from the plane to Tx.

since it was proven that it can take off, fly and land, I would take it up on a less windy day, fly more than the 1 min & 35 sec and make a better assessment.

But who am I?

Gary Q is running the one tonight. I'm running the one tomorrow at Westfield. Babysitter actually. The one tonight will be fun. I think Joseph will be there with the VPP plane.

It sure was windy... and cold too... hence the minute and a half flight.. I just know on the downward side I had the stick mashed against the bottom and was praying there was enough altitude to complete.

In further checking this morning I also found that the pushrod exit right at the tail was a little wobbly.. so under load the elevator would not have provided as much force. That's been fixed now could you conjur up some warmer temps and preferably less wind..

hehehe

Thanks for comments on pics! She's an awesome little girl.

It did make me think something might be off with the scale though. Its a 35% plane, but at 12 pounds she's more than 10% of her Mother; and she's filling the cockpit.. ?
