took my new scratch build down to the park, i was have a good flight on it, i was just testing what needs to be adjusted and trimmed and stuff. then i got into a over throwed elevator backflip thingy and the plane crashes. then this black labradore runs after it and chews it up, puncturing the lipo and breaking wires and other things. anyway the plane is unrecognisable, the working parts are covered in dog saliva and im a little bit pissed off. then the owner gives me 30 bucks, without asking haha, im happy now.

another reason to fly at a club field--no dogs allowed without a leash---at least at our field.

Be careful with that technical jargon. Sorry to hear about the plane, but it reminds of me of my cat. I was testing the prop on my Champ when I first got it. Just driving it around my living room, when out of nowhere my cat comes flying in and pounces on it. Luckily the electronics were fine, just needed some hot glue.

Have never encountered a nitro only club....that would be exceedingly rare these days, even down under.

That club actually bans electric models, or they are just not well accepted there?

He's in Austrilia guys, may be a little different there.

Even if electrics are not banned there, it takes some of the fun away from flying electric with wet motors making noise.
Not that I don't like the sound of a glow motor doing 30K rpm, but not while I am flying electrics.
(Actually I like the sound of 30K glow motors, 12K sport RC and gassers not so much )

An English Setter haunted and chewed up my little electric glider. Dog owners often don't care, and let their dogs run wild. I hate it, specially when the Bird dogs wan't to catch our models.

that sucks ay, all my electronics are alright, everything is soaked in dog saliva but i washed them in water. the lipo is the only thing that is broken, big hole in it, glad it didnt explode in the doggys mouth, and my 3mm depron is in unrecognizable pieces, also covered in dog saliva.
