I think he is trying to say that it's hard to tell how fast something is going, then he says you need to learn how to fly an RC plane.

I am up to page 800 in this massive tome of information and am wondering if people with the 5.1 wings with the single CF rod, have had issues.
I know that it seems to be a concern, but I have flown a few times with it, and have only added the tape to the bottom and find the wing to be very strong.
Has anyone had wing breakage issues with the 5.1 wing?

Im sure its been asked a million times. But what battery setup for an fpv skywalker?
Im thinking a 3s 5000mah batt for motor since its a 1400kv motor.. But what about the camera and stuff?

I use a 3S 6000 battery. I adhere to the one battery concept. I have my system BEC wired up after the current sensor so I get the consumption for both flight and camera/vTx, LRS, etc.
I have cruised at just over 5 amps and this is on a 1200kv O.S. Orb motor.

Are you guys egging me on?

I currently have 5 servo leads on my wing to plug in to my fuse. That's 15 wires. In theory I can make up a new connector, have a single - and + (from UBEC), and then 5 signal wires coming from receiver, camera and ap, splitting the power supply wing-side. This way I can speed up the attachment process and have 1 plug with 7 wires in stead of 5 plugs with 15 wires.

Does it make sense??

If your vtx runs off 5v, and your have a one piece wing, then of course that will work. It's not optimal, because theres no separation between the systems, but it will work.
