The Beauty of the wing-shape shape must be in the eye of the beholder

In a recent AMA magazine interview Jaro Muller, when asked what his favorite plane was, replied "birds". Is it any mystery why all his planes have bird-like wing planforms?? I like it!!

Since the Espada I always wonder how Jaro obtains an elliptical lift distributions using his fancy planforms.

This one appears especially hard to design the airfoil series, between the center (large chord) and the tip you have drastically different RE numbers.

At least it has a very different look, so no confusion in a distance heat.

A friend of mine found the reason of the name of this airfoil:

This is definitively a F3F section, because is has been designed to fly "close to the edge".

See here for the explanation:

sorry maybe it's only my eyeseight, but this wing doesn't look thiner as on many other F3F ships .

Assume, you never saw a Rodent foil, talking about razor blade?

Cheers
Thomas

PS.: @Vic
video looks good with the cloud cover, just the Eldorado isn't shining ,possible too light

Certainly the root section looks like an RG14.

I agree - in the video it doesn't *seem* very fast for the hill and wind speed. But I guess there isn't enough ballast in.
