May I ask why if the 180 has no bec? I just want to know for technical reasons and general knowledge.
Thanks

I donít see it on Castle Creations web sight but Tower Hobbies says that it has an internal BEC. Maybe they made several versions.

The general rule is that if it has an opto-isolator interface you must keep the red wire connected otherwise you need to cut it.

The P-180 has an onboard BEC.
