If you are talking about the H107C, and you can handle a solder iron. there is a mod that you can do that will turn the Camera on and off with the LED switch. So you can Start, Stop, and Save in flight.

If you want more infor let me know, I have done it multiple times..

That might be good. Definitely better than using the button on the side!
Lost a couple props ... Glad I got the crash pack! 😆

Did you get the side-effect of it saving multiple 1-2sec video files when the low battery flashing starts? I undid the mod on my H107C, and accidentally pulled that pad off of the camera board, so I can't redo it again.

Learned a lesson -- if the motor stops don't push it. Thought my batteries were dead so charged it up. One motor wouldn't spin so I figured it was stuck. Have had it happen before so pulsed the throttle a bit and saw a bit of smoke.

Put it away and later went to change the motor (thankfully had a crash pack) and still didn't spin. Thought maybe the crack in the frame had something to do with it as this was the motor that was flaky.

Soldered and re-soldered with no luck. Did some googling and realized I may know where that black smoke came from. Sure enough -- so now I wait for a new board to come.

Maybe the old motor was bound and then I burned up the board trying to get it going. Live and learn.
