Help!
How to build the V Tail at the proper angle?

I'm building a old Lanier Dominator Q500 "KIT" .I need help in getting the V Tail glude to the correct angle.Direction tell me to sand a 55degree angle on the bottom of the stabilzers. Then directions say to set it at a total of 110 degrees. What I did do was to use a striaght line on the plan and draw two angle line's at 55degrees.I then was able to visulise how the tail should look.Is this right? Or should one stab be at 90 degrees(horizontal) and the other stab set at 110degree's? .I'm posting a couple of pictures .Hopefull this will help understand what I just wrote.Thanxs a bunch

The last picture is the correct one. It should be less than a 90 degree angle (i.e.110).

It depends on how you look at it. If you are taking your measurements with one 1/2 of the stab flat on your bench, as shown on the right the ANGLE is 70* on the left side, and 110* between the stab halves.
