more zeros

I just got a Dave Platt zero at a flea market.Partially built.
I'm not doing a build log,but I will chime in occasionally
It has Robart retracts, and a Quadra 52cc engine.Late owner intended to turn a 3 blade scale dia prop, hence the large engine.

Wish Mine Was That Nice

Beautiful planes, love the styling of the Zero. I have an old Segull Zero Arf that I got from a friend of mine, that I want to attempt to make look much better. This will include taking the canopy off to redo or replace the pilot and scale out the interior. Anyone have information on painting over covering? I saw a really good article once but can't find it again. Would love to do a more historically correct paint scheme and weather it as well. Let me know what you think.
Thanks
Curtis
