Hi all,
My next rc plane project will be the reaper as a FULLY autonomous plane (incld. landing and take-off). My question is whether or not i should wait for nitro planes to restock or go with the HK version.
Thanks

You'll notice the custom designed and 3D printed Pan & Tilt Camera dome on RCM's reaper. Anyone tempted please take a peek here .

It does more than look good. It is very accurate, no slop , perfect fit for the eMax servos and it fills the round void in the nose making it a lot stronger. The plastic is very light too (Man I like your Avatar )

Strange I get that alot. How do you have the pod mounted? Did you incorperate a gear into it and use a continous rotating servo? She is a nice girl

no such thing, the pod is holding by the pan servo, I have a 180 degree servo lined up for it . here is the breakdown of the pod

RCM That pod is a slick setup! I would be very interested in a similiar setup.. When's the maiden? Also, did you do anything to beef up the rather weak wing spar? I've heard the wings flap when even mildly stressed..
