Oil Filled strut/shock 3"-5"
Hey Car nerds, Im coming from the airplane heli world across the aisle looking for some help on finding a pair of shocks to absorb some vibration on my Aerial photography rig.
Looking for medium, to heavy resistance, as its going to constantly be under about 2lbs of force.
anywhere from 3" to 5" would work. 4" would be ideal.
I know nothing of the car world , so help me out please !

any 1/10th car shocks should do as you can tune them with different density oils to adjust the damping effect and you can harden or soften the springs with spacers. Btw what heli are you running (fellow heli pilot who drives aswell =P)? You might be able to use some 1/16th scale shocks of something like a Traxxas 1/16th erevo http://www.thetoyz.com/Traxxas/MINI-...sis/GPM/13855/
