Any idears on how to speed up yaw control on a kk board?

I'm running xcopter v2.3 software and happy with the way it flys, don't really want to flash the software as I'm not sure how to do it!! (if it ain't broke don't fix it!!) would just like yaw response to be quicker.

Using a spektrum dx6i, 20 amp escs in an x400 frame from GLB, flys great just yaw is a bit slow, I have travel adjust set to max on yaw and in ufo mode on the board as that seems to say it gives the best yaw response.

You can tilt the motors a little. Two have to go one way and two have to go the other but I'm not sure which ones.

Heavier propellers. Yaw control works by unbalancing the torque from the opposite rotating propellers. One set of propellers slow down and the others speed up and the unbalanced torque causes rotation, heavier propellers causes a greater unbalanced torque hence greater rotation speed.

I will vote for propellers with larger diameter. Also shorter arms.

Would like to keep the frame as is, I'm using 8045 props 8 inch, do u think 10 inch props might speed it up?

9" or 10" prop may do it. You may want to reduce the pitch a little if you use a larger prop so as not to overload your motors.

I have the x525 with the same prob i using a gws 9050 props pretty big and my yaw is slow as hell too also using 2.3 firmware no idea how to fix this everything else is fine it takes about 20 to 30 sec for it to make a complete 360 spin
