Well, out of all the things I thought would never land me in trouble, this hobby managed to :P First off, here in the Yukon, its usually only calm at night. Fortunately, it doesn't get dark in the summer! So I was up at about 11:30 pm showing my friend who is staying across the street my awesome new mig. Flying conditions were perfect, so I took it up and flew the thing around my neighborhood for a good 3 minutes. Some harmless, innocent fun. However, the next afternoon, a VERY angry neighbor showed up at my house and told us they were hearing a siren like noise "late" at night. I kinda laughed inside, their description suited the mig noise perfectly. But apparently it ruined their sleep for the night. They were so pissed I was surprised they didn't end up calling the police last night. Anyways. I have to stop flying at 10 they said. Well, that sucks, cause its pretty windy before then. And fields are pretty far away. I kinda want to wake up a 2 a.m. and fly circuits around their house, but I'll restrain myself

I'm set for my larger 3 and 4S batts, but not for the UMX sized stuff. This looks great except I need the banana plugs to bring the charge power in too. I've been thinking of asking Glenn @ rc-connectors.com to make me up a 3S ThunderPower 6 battery charge squid. But at 5C charge it goes pretty fast and I have 3 chargers to work with.

Are you holding the plane while plugging in the battery?
This is not good practice with an AS3X equipped plane, it needs to be kept still for at least 5 seconds after being powered up to let the gyros initialize.

Are you flying russian yet RC? I know I beat you to the punch, but didn't want to beat you by that much!

Can you use those parallel charging cables with the stock eflight 2S charger? Or would a beefier charger be required?

The Eflite charger would work but it would be slow, also you would need the harness to have a UMX plug.

You know what, I might just do that myself! It would be crude and small but it would fit in my flight case a lot better than the CellPro. I could always charge the batteries with a propper charger at the end of the day to ballance and check them.

Guys, thinking about getting this but have a quick questions. I have a 6s charger so is the max i can do is 3 packs at a time 3 x 2s = 6s. Any help would be appriciated!
