I have ordered three of these: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=18207

They look to be a better option since they are 45-90C discharge rated and capable of 10C charge (my charger is capable to deliver 10A, so at 2,5C - all three (at 9,75A) will be charged in less than 30 minutes)! That's nice! Or, as an option, I can charge one such battery at 7,5C (9,75A) in less than 10 minutes! Looks like mCPx will be retired soon (or left as a indoor flyer or test bird for new figures)!

Here is the buddy code for discount if someone needs it (you must be logged in first): http://www.hobbyking.com/buddy.asp?c...6-85902E041D5C

I know how fast these batteries will become BACKORDERed after the bird is released!

I have watched threads for a while and when low prices for HH products are posted usually vendors have issues down the road....maybe it is pure Coincidence though

Thanks for the clue "STZ2004"....Just placed my order. Hopefully it will get me a "300" before May... I'm very excited about this "bird'....it has some very interesting specifications and I'm anxious to step up from my mCPx .

Regards,
J.

looks like these are the servos they are using in the Blade 450 EFLRDS76T & EFLRDS76
so you could check the 450 threads to see how they are holding out

Hey mon Ami I hope your doing ok , I am surviving this crazy winter.
For the servos when I got my Blade 400 3 years ago they had stock servos
I think simular to those one on the 300. Maybe good if you do not crash. I had changed mine to Hitec HS-56HB carbonite gears for cyclic and for the tail I went
with JR DS290G ultra speed sub-micro gyro servo and for gyro I went with the
JR G270 3D micro Gyro. And it as been 2 and a half year now with that change And no issue nothing broken all is just great. So for the 300 if I get one I will know what to do. Good Luck and Best Regards. Salut.

Winter has been crap here as well; a friend has the Blade 450 and his servos have been fine; so hopefully they'll work even better in the 300 with less rotor loading

Yes they should. but with the plastic gears, watch out for the throttle hold and the elevator servo. Good Luck et Bonne Soirée.
