I'll jump in here since I've flown both. They are as similar as any two airplanes can be if one is 50% bigger than the other. The size and weight of the F1 version do make it more solid when dealing with turbulence aloft, but otherwise you can't really tell them apart except by the sound. And yes, they both fly great!

Funny, in the first paragraph of the instruction manual Terry Prather state's (quote): "Not only is the Little Toni fast, but it is one of the smoothest handling planes of any type".

I have to agree with Terry! I absolutely LOVE the Toni! It's beautiful, fast, smooth, and I haven't found much anything she couldn't do!
