Question
Setting Up for Flight

Hi, I am a self-confessed newbie and am wondering how to wire up a standard BEC ESC to mu receiver and everything else to everything else. Any help would be much apprecited...

The ESC goes into ch 3 on the RX

Do you have connectors on the ESC, motor, etc??

Not necessarily. On my JR radios, it's channel one.

And what channel/s do the Elevon servos go into? Do I need one of those Y-connector thingees?

If you have elevons, then you need a radio with elevon mixing or an add-on elevon mixer. A y-adapter won't do it. One servo goes into the aileron channel and one goes into the elevator channel. What radio and plane are you setting up?
