Theraforming zepron..Lets kick it up a Notch

I have been building plastic models for about 30 years now...
And I allways wanted a faster way to make real micro scale Fyling models with out Spending tons of time Carveing shapeing and sanding etc etc at home and not speding 100.00 dollars on a good looking kit to only get one.........There are about 100,000 1/48 scale and 1/32 scale models....for Our takeing...

This is a 1/48 scale f-16 made by revell
Can you see what I see : )

More on how to build the table and process later

A quarter weighs 6 grams on my scale.

Is that .06, .09 or .12 size? Zepron or II?

Very cool looking. I could make a foam shell for my rc cars that way too. I've been wanting to make one that looked pretty real but didn't take a lot of work because I am assuming it will get smashed. Maybe even on purpose in sim-derby.

Excellent

This is one of the most interesting developments I have seen on the zone.

What is the size of your setup? I wonder how larger wings by themselves would do since they would have a larger area without the holes.

With some sort of insulated box over the entire aparatus we could pump in hot air from a heat gun and get past the limits of the oven.

I will have to try this with the split F3. It can be a similar thickness, but from my experiments it does not react to heat in the same way.

Lots of people have been baking bluecor (f3). Hippo made frisbee's with an oven mold.
