Well done.. fabulous piece of workmanship.
Now that it's built what's it actually for??
Lotsa hardware for merely chewing up a piece of DOW Insulation ;-)
Only use I've ever seen that actually required a CNC foam cutter was the individual rib section/incidences for Alfons G's Horten IV...

Nice work!

Tell us a little more about it. What's the computer interface look like? What software do you run to generate the airfoils.

Gary,
WOW! That's really slick! Did you make the linear slides, or are bought from somewhere?

I saw it work!

I saw the CNC foam cutter of Grr1941 and it works so nice. I have never seen foam cores cut so precisely; not even from commercial kits.
Congrats Grr.
...so there is a small glider I designed a small slope glider. It has foam core wings. I was wondering if you could...

This looks great! I've kicked around the idea of building one myself. Seeing your's is a great inspiration, thanks!

selling them?

What are the odds you will make a sell a few of them?

I'm currently building the MM2001 cnc interface, and will need the mechanical part soon, your's is, by far, the most impressive set up I've seen.
